Washington, July 25 (BridgeNews) - U.S. sales of existing single-family homes fell 0.6% in June to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.33 million units. Analysts had projected sales would decrease to 5.29 million units from May's revised 5.36 million unit rate.
The June sales pace was 2.9% above the June 2000 rate of 5.180 million units, according to the National Association of Realtors.
